I drew my lovely doggy, Hilma today.

I love her so much.

I've been writing about her in some of my journal entries. She's had two tumors and a couple of months ago she was diagnosed with a cancer. The tumors have been successfully removed but no one has any idea if there will be more tumors or how much time she has left. I've been quite sad, I was devastated when I first found out about all this but now I'm just trying not to mourn her while she's still here with me and cherish the time we have left together. She's actually doing quite fine, she's still herself, eats alot and plays all the time and barks and growls and is bossy like always. I hope she feels good for a long time. I fear that she will suddenly get very ill but I try no to think about it; there's nothing I can do. I just want to make sure she feels loved and when her time comes she'll know that she was cherished and we will miss her.
